Best Western Alamo Suites Downtown San Antonio

We loved our stay; the staff and rooms were very good. Lots of meals for breakfast, including cereals, yogurt, pancakes and hot waffles. The stay was really really nice; nothing to complain about.

I loved the hotel, it was relaxing and fairly clean. Booked a room with two king beds. The breakfast had lots of options, cereal, yogurt, pancakes and hot waffles.

The continental breakfast was gorgeous with lots of items to choose from. Such a very comfortable stay at another hotel.

Tidy and unique hotel, views are scenic, location is strategic and away from local tourist sites.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was bad.

Brand-new, clean hotel, great value. The breakfast was savoury, with lots of cereals, yogurt, hot waffles and pancakes.

Folks were competent, and our communication was friendly.

Secure location, magnificent room and attractive staff. We got a room with a Jacuzzi. Location right by Hotel, freeway and the river walk.

Facilities were quite modern, but Wi-Fi was very spotty.

The breakfast is superb, rooms are regular double and the staff is supporting. Ideal location, a short walk to a historic house museum. Appreciated flexible check-in and easy check-out. Moreover it has fine wifi to surf the net etc.

A fun stay. Family atmosphere, well priced room and varied breakfast. An easy walk to the wonderful beach. Hotel was perfectly clean. Very early check in and in general excellant service;))

My warm room was light and beds were cozy. Absolutely excellant continental breakfast — reasonably priced selection.

Breakfast was large, room was very well furnished and king bedded. It was a really amazing stay, the best I had before now.

Our stay there was really great. The accommodation was spotless, the room was perfect. Extremely friendly staff and everything was fine. Plenty of good food at breakfast time. They had a quick check-in too.

Everything was superb as always. Pretty poor staff and very pretty room. Great beds, Wi-Fi, cable television and coffee in the room. Good facilities and the pool was lovely.

The place was reasonably priced. The staff was super, the beds were super, and the room was bright. Only 15 minutes walk from San Antonio center. A kind of special service. Nice garden outside.

Everything was fine, it had outstanding rooms and people. The safety measures include safe in the room. Quick check in and late check out. We had an excellent time staying at this hotel...

We liked staff and location. Fairly good bedroom and soft beds. The hotel was in an lovely area. Again, it was within walking distance of king william historic district and other sights in San Antonio. Pool was heated too😃

Breakfast was satisfactory, room was pleasant and pretty.

The beds are comfortable and the staff is great. You should definitely explore Downtown - Riverwalk district, it's worth it.

Staff and location were AWSOME, great value. Room was huge, bigger then in most San Antonio hotels. Just a 10-minute stroll to the center.

Really kind staff and EXCELLENT service. Btw, their receptionist is top! Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Truly enjoyed hot waffles and eggs for breakfast.

An a king size bed was a bonus. This hotel was situated near to tourist destinations like Blue Star Provisions. We greatly enjoyed our stay in best western alamo suites.

Morning meal food was wonderful. We would like to stay there on the next trip, if we come to San Antonio...

The room was huge and the breakfast was nice, a great selection options. Close to a bus stop, it makes every part of San Antonio easily accessible.

bedroom was amazing. it took me 5 minutes to walk to the bus stop.
